• Non-refundable Services: Certain events, promotional offers, and last-minute bookings may not be eligible for refunds. These will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

• Event and Experience Bookings: Once you complete your booking, a confirmation email and e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address within 1-2 hours of successful payment.
• Digital Products/Services: For any digital products or services, delivery will be made immediately after payment confirmation.
• No Physical Shipping: Since our services are entirely digital or experience-based, there is no physical shipping involved.

• Price: ₹5,000 per person (inclusive of taxes)
• Cancellation: Full refund if canceled up to 48 hours before the tour. A 20% fee applies for late cancellations.
• Refund Processing: Within 5-7 working days.
2. Trail Experience
• Price: ₹4,000 per person (inclusive of taxes)
• Cancellation: Full refund if canceled up to 48 hours before the experience. A 20% fee applies for late cancellations.
• Refund Processing: Within 5-7 working days.
3. City Exploration & Food Package
• Price: ₹3,500 per person (inclusive of taxes)
• Cancellation: Full refund if canceled up to 24 hours before the event. No refunds after this period.
• Refund Processing: Within 5-7 working days.
4. Corporate Experience Package
• Price: Starting at ₹20,000 per event (inclusive of taxes)
• Cancellation: Full refund if canceled up to 7 days before the event. A 20% fee applies for late cancellations.
• Refund Processing: Within 5-7 working days.

1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date or event booking.
2. To initiate a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase (such as a confirmation email or payment receipt).
3. All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.
4. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Promotional or Discounted Events: Some promotional or discounted offers may be non-refundable, and this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
4. No-Shows: Refunds will not be provided in the case of no-shows or failure to attend an event without prior cancellation.
In the event that the service or experience is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we will do our best to offer alternative dates for rescheduling or issue credits for future use. However, direct refunds may not be possible under these circumstances.
5. Non-refundable Fees:
Certain experiences or bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your participation, particularly for high-demand or special events. The non-refundable nature of this deposit will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking. If the event is canceled by Questili, this deposit may be credited toward a future booking.
6. Refund Exceptions:
Refunds will not be available for the following:
• Services or experiences marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
• Cancellations made after the stated cancellation period (48 hours for regular bookings, 7 days for special events).
• No-shows or failure to attend without prior notice.
• Gift cards or vouchers are non-refundable.
If a refund is not possible, we may offer customers the option to reschedule their event or experience, or issue credits for future use on the Questili platform. These credits can be applied to future purchases and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
8. Right to Modify:
Questili reserves the right to amend this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be reflected on our website and communicated to customers via email, where applicable. It is recommended to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
